Use of this website and the purchase of goods from this website are governed by the terms and conditions as set out below.
Payment
All website payments are processed through Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions. All goods remain the property of Pure Bliss until full Payment has been received and verified.
Delivery
All items are normally dispatched within five working days. Should any delay occur, Pure Bliss will endeavour to contact you (the customer) promptly. Please advise Pure Bliss if you do not receive your item(s) within 20 days of placing your order so that it can be traced.
Customers paying by cheque should allow an additional 7 days for processing.
Returns
All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. However, very occasionally items are damaged during transit. If your goods are delivered damaged, contact Pure Bliss within 5 working days of receipt to obtain authorisation to return the damaged goods. Pure Bliss will dispatch replacement goods within 5 working days following the receipt of the damaged item(s).
We do not offer refunds on items that are not damaged. Exchange is possible but only where items remain in their original condition in a new / unused state. Used products cannot be refunded. Postage will be chargeable.
It is not our intention to dissapoint our clients, nor do we wish to offend by refusing to refund. We therefore stipulate most strongly - if you are not sure the item is exactly what you want, do NOT buy it
